· Get to know local farmers and support their efforts, ask questions, and let them know you appreciate quality food.
· Share your knowledge of regenerative methods and let local growers know you are especially interested in nutrient-dense, toxin-free food.
· Ask your schools, local restaurants, and grocers to source locally as much as possible.
